OHDSI Atlas

OHDSI Atlas is an open-source web-based platform that facilitates the design and execution of observational analyses over data formatted to the OMOP Common Data Model.

Atlas is the premier tool for conducting federated, international observational network studies. It allows researchers to design an analysis protocol in a standard, reproducible format (JSON) and distribute it to data partners worldwide, who can run the analysis securely against their local OMOP databases without sharing patient-level data.
