Frequently Asked Questions About Fremont Daycare Waitlists
How long are daycare waitlists in Fremont?
Infant daycare waitlists in Fremont typically range from 4 to 12 months due to strict California Title 22 1:4 adult-to-infant ratios. Preschool and toddler classrooms (ages 2 to 5) typically have shorter queues of 2 to 6 months, with subsidized providers like Kidango offering immediate enrolment for eligible families.
When should Fremont parents join a daycare waitlist?
Most Bay Area working parents join infant waitlists during the second trimester of pregnancy. For preschool entry at age 3, tours should ideally be scheduled 6 to 9 months before the desired start date.
